Cameron Chapman joined Winick Realty Group in 2017 as part of the company’s Agent Training Program, where Mr. Chapman focuses on both tenant and landlord representation throughout Manhattan.
A native of Boston, Mr. Chapman previously interned in the office brokerage division of Jones Lang LaSalle. Working under Rob Metcalf in Atlanta, Mr. Chapman was responsible for compiling data for offering memorandums, analyzing lease abstracts, stacking buildings, and assisting in office tours in the Atlanta market.
Mr. Chapman earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he served as Vice President of the Goizueta Real Estate Club, as well as Board Member of the Goizueta Real Estate Private Equity Fund. In addition, he lived in Singapore for six months, studying at the Singapore Management University.
Outside of real estate, Mr. Chapman is an avid tennis player, a member of the Princeton Club and a longtime volunteer at a rescue shelter, where he cares for rescue dogs.
