Winick Realty Group is hiring qualified applicants for our Agent Training Program. This salaried, entry-level opportunity is amongst the industry’s most comprehensive and sought after programs for confident, professional, highly-motivated men and women seeking to enter and develop a career in the business of retail real estate brokerage.
Over the course of twelve months (or sooner as exceptional work may lead to early promotion), trainees learn the fundamentals of leasing retail real estate first hand, working directly with experienced agents and executives to gain the tools and knowledge necessary to become a successful agent. Throughout the process, trainees cover the aspects of retail leasing in-depth and complete relevant projects within each lesson, in order to create a well-rounded understanding of the business and performing its’ services.
Trainees are responsible for actively compiling and reporting relevant market data such as maintaining the company’s proprietary listing system with availabilities and comps, canvassing the streets of New York City to update and populate our company street maps, and creating leads for potential clients, while completing projects for our senior brokers.
Those who complete the program upon consistent exceptional performance, may, at the sole discretion of the company, be promoted to the position of a full-time Associate and be placed on the team of a senior broker. As an Associate, one earns commissioned pay and will be tasked with performing the company’s services including but not limited to representing New York City’s most established Landlords and Tenants.

Winick Realty Group LLC’s Internship Program offers a select group of students the opportunity
to work at one of the top retail leasing firms in New York City.
During the 10-week summer program, interns are exposed to a wide variety of business
practices in the field of real estate leasing and work alongside seasoned brokers and executives
to experience the industry firsthand. These highly-coveted positions offer a unique real-world
experience that enriches classroom work in the field.
The 10-week Summer Sessions begin in early June, during which time interns work in the
Winick Realty Group LLC office Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and attend a once-
monthly company meeting. Winick Realty Group LLC does not provide transportation or
housing; however, interns will receive college credit and a stipend.
Students who are actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate bachelor degree program at
a metro-area college or university are eligible to apply to the program. Students must have
completed at least their sophomore year course work and have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0.
Candidates majoring in real estate are preferred but other disciplines will be considered.
