Yogaworks operates four studios in Manhattan, as well as one in Westchester and many more in California, with the belief that yoga is for everyone. Yogaworks offers classes at all skill levels that are specifically geared towards toning, flexibility, relaxation, balance and more. They are seeking new locations in areas of Manhattan that include the Upper East Side, Union Square, West Village, as well as storefronts in New York City’s outer boroughs.

Size: 5,000-15,000 sf

Territory: New York Sites in Upper East Side, Union Square, West Village, and Outer Boroughs
