Landmark Theatres is the nation’s largest theatre chain dedicated to showing independent films, along with foreign and Hollywood fare, at 55 theatres in 21 markets. Landmark Theaters currently has one location in New York City—the Lower East Side’s Landmark Sunshine Theater—and seeks to increase its Manhattan footprint in areas above 59th Street on both the East and West sides of the city. Outer boroughs will also be considered. Locations must have 16 ft ceilings and 25 ft columns spans.
